  SOUND FILE: HITMAN ON BBC RADIO 4: Andy McNab discusses the novel and introduces a reading by Kenneth Cranham. The programme was called 'With Great Pleasure' and was produced by Nicky Barranger. It was transmitted on the 8th and 11th of June 2000. NB: The file may take a few moments to download (2.06MB). 
  EXTRAORDINARY MOMENTS FROM REAL LIFE are a series of six surreal 'prose cartoons' that were originally written with the intention of having them published in a Sunday magazine.

  NOONAN'S ROLL is a coming-of-age tale written in 1992 touching on topics that would be explored further in Hitman a few years later, namely, fast cars and gratuitous taxidermy.
  HOW TO MAKE A REAL KILLING is an interview with MK that appeared in the April 2002 issue of Bizarre Magazine.  
  SHOWBIZ WITH TOBE DARLING is an idea for a caustic showbiz column.
